WHO WE THINK YOU ARE & THE ROLE

We believe that You have been working a couple of years already in the IT-business and that You get the concept of sales and what it’s all about. The role as a Residential Sales and Marketing Developer carries a big responsibility since You will make sure that the sales channels, Telemarketing, Digital Marketing, Outbound/inbound Marketing, etc, reach their targets. To make this happen You will measure, analyze, reach and report back to Head Of Residential Business, as well as to keep in hands overall organization and execution of the initiatives

The entrepreneurial blood runs thru You and likewise the ambition to push A3’s digital transformation and sales/marketing forward. Seeing the potential in the company is a must. If You’re looking for just a simple workplace, this is not it. You will be a big part of A3.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

– Scheduling and marketing events

– Identify bottlenecks in the sales process

– Set objectives and KPIs

– Set up and monitor sales processes

– Serve as advisory to our employees by answering all of their sales related questions and concerns

– Evaluate strengths and weaknesses to identify training needs

– Oversee sales training material and suggest improvements

– Customer Retention

– Customer life cycle

– Report Sales and Churn

– Strategic offering and pricing coordination

– Project management and coordinationof sales activities

– Customer segmentation

– Upselling

– Owner of the Sales budget
